Shameless Self Promotion......and WELCOMES!!!

I know......it's not polite to brag about your own work. And that's what I'm doing. And I guess it is not just bragging, but promoting, at which I have never been good.

But I am soooooo excited about the things I just got up on my Zazzle store that I hope you will forgive me this once....or twice.....or, as the case may be here THREE TIMES! ;-)

I had a ball with the theme of "Love Knows No Boundaries" and hope that others find this as appealing as I do. I really believe it. Real love transcends boundaries....thus these three items. A full wrap mug (which you can customize of course!)......

....Designed into a multi-purpose greeting card available in two sizes, (and I will probably end up buying some of these myself...sigh...there goes any potential profit!......)

......and a T-shirt design that can be put on a multitude of different styles. Prices vary, so it is affordable in one style or the other. And the sizes run the spectrum, so hopefully, everyone is covered! (bad pun....sorry....)

And a big hug and thanks to Tristan who already purchased one of the mugs! You made me smile on a very frustrating day!!!

Now, to proper WELCOMES!!! New faces on the blog and I am so delighted to have you here! Thanks to recent folks joining this merry ship, El Milagro Studio has hit the magic number of 100 Followers, so I am thinking about a give-away.

Designing under the weather......

Well, whether it be a bug or fatigue or just the *Mid-Winter Tummy Grumbles*......your gentle blog-mistress is under the weather today, and I do apologize for all the other blogs I have NOT read and left comments on.

Yesterday I wasn't feeling too good, just exhausted mostly, and then this morning, helloooooo Mr. Bug! So to kill some time I started piddling around with something specifically for Valentine's Day in the Zazzle shop---not that I think the world will SWARM to this---but it gave me something to DO.   ;-)  The opposite side has the "Java Love" on it, with the print in between, so this is a full wrap-around mug. And for a brief moment, it was actually featured on the front page of Zazzle under Valentine's Day items! (I am sure it is waaaaaaay back in the pages and pages of mugs by now! LOL! and boy, there is a lot of just stuff on there.....) Actually, if you're curious on how the whole design looks, click the text for the shop up above.....it was kind of fun laying it out as a whole. I wouldn't mind one of these myself, plus I left it so it could be put on any type of mug, travel mug or glass mug. The white travel mug looked pretty good!

Now I am off to rest and try and figure if I'm really *sick* or just completely worn to a nub. I am sort of voting on the second......

Not Enough Time......

......I feel like a hamster in a wheel......too much to do and not nearly enough time. In fact, sad as it is, I may have to take a couple of days OFF BLOG (aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!) to catch up.
I got a new printer successfully installed, got some steam straightening of bargello work done so it can be cut and sewn, got the desk somewhat clean, but still a load of papers everywhere, have not touched my art and know there is no time today or tomorrow.
It is one of those pouty, grim, foot-stomping moments of life where you have to assess the necessary and ignore what your really want to be doing. Not that I don't want to be sewing; I just don't want to be cleaning, cooking and fighting the never ending laundry battle. And I can't put those off any longer. I am now *well* enough to resume a few of the duties and have a regular sleep pattern back so I can't paint in the middle of the night (I miss that one) and also am so far behind on visiting blogs that I am ashamed of myself....AND.....more new WELCOMES here.....  :-)
YIKES!!!! This is going into a spiral and I need to catch my breath before I hyperventilate as I type!
I did however get another piece in the "Java Love" section of my Zazzle store....STICKERS!!! Inexpensive way to satisfy the urge for, well, bright fun stuff! Click HERE if you feel the need to warm the plastic...LOL!!! (and the cockles of my heart!)

So, my friends, the blog mistress may be away a bit. (most of you who have read for long know I never am able to keep this promise....) Unless something extremely exciting happens that I absolutely MUST blither about.
