Random Studio....

It's a lazy Sunday afternoon as I put this together.
I have had the photos for a day or two,
waiting for the moments to crop and tweak.

Random shots from my
Art Haven.

Enjoy!

New book, no time to really check it out thoroughly yet, but promising from eye-candy and journal aspect.

Brushes......usually making art. This time, they are art.

Animal claws? Maybe at some point, but for now, gleanings from the Tulip Poplar.

My love of old books.....I have many. These are NOT cutters.....

These ARE CUTTERS! Pretty good too....

A shelf of stamps. More elsewhere....love seeing them. All the possibilities.

Gleaned from personal collection and Goodwill, these are cutters, or scanned for text, image, etc. Collage inspiration!

Always room to learn more~~reading Julia, taking notes, soaking in each glorious day.

And my sense of humor....catching the *little ones* in a sweet hug! ♪ ♫ Milo has a girlfriend!♫ ♪

Back to work now.
Will be off blog tomorrow,
and will probably try and answer comments
on Tuesday.
Have an enchanted day;
find the extraordinary
right around you,
in your ordinary!

Love everything in your exciting studio Anne. I really love old book, yours are wonderful. Nice post on what's in your "art haven." Thanks for sharing your private domain and I hope you don't mind, but I'm borrowing that widget you have on the sidebar for "do not copy to Pinterest." that's a great idea. I've already had someone tell me that they liked my work and pinned it. I wondered what they meant my "pinned it" and now I know. It is okay if I put that widget on my sidebar, isn't it? I mean it's there already. What you gonna do about it scythe woman, kick me? tee hee. I'll put it back if you want. I could always make my own,....I think. Take care. Have a great week.

Fabulous photos, Anne, and inspirational as usual. I don't think I have that Julia Cameron book - will order it today. And check out the other new one, too. However, there's nothing like messing about with old books - we share that love, and many others. Sending loving vibes...

A post about your "stuff"!! and such cool stuff it is, I especially love those old books, as you know. It is hard to find one that fits the bill for cutting up. It has to have interesting pages and be old but not TOO interesting or old or we must preserve it.
Hi Milo!!

Love all these pics. I would feel right at home in your studio. You would have a terrible mess to clean up afterward, though - hahahaha! LOVE Milo and Virginia. A sweet Odd Couple. :)) hugs & love - Pam

OOOooooooooo me thinks that Milo's new girlfriend is by way of PAM!!! Oh, that was before I just read her comment. Love all your eye candy. Actually, I love candy too. Especially chocolate. Which I cannot eat, as Weight Watchers tells me in my dotage I only require 3 calories per day to maintain my body. I gotta move more! Sending BIG LOVE and kisses, Deb
