Off With My Head In The Clouds Again....

As my studio work piles up, I hope you will excuse me while I take a little *head-in-the-clouds* moment and try and get caught up. (the house is always piled up, so that is no surprise...)
I will be off blog for a few days unless there are some utterly fantastical, exceptional, can't-pass-them-up shots to be taken with the trusty Fuji. It will attach itself to my hand and drag me out the door kicking.  ;-)
In the meantime, just look up and enjoy that big beautiful sky.
My thoughts are there---soaring to you!!! ♥♥♥

Ooooooooh lovely clouds. These are what you call mackerel clouds because they look like the scales of a mackerel fish. I love these clouds. Thank you for this morning treat! Tsup!

P.S. I will bother you anyway! Hahahahahaha! I will spam you with erotic comments.

HAHAHAHAHHAHA!

Great clouds! Once again, something we don't see in the desert...hard to believe you can actually get tired of constant blue sky and sunshine!

Now get in there and sew on some leaves!

Oh so pretty! We never have clouds like that. We get cotton candy clouds. Hope you make great progress on your enormous project today. Hubby is finishing the tile today. Thank heaven. I don't do well with messes. **kisskiss** Deb

Another beautiful photo.
I hope you get something accomplished while off blog. You know, it really is hard to stay off.
Be well. Eat some more brownies and rest for a while.

Hi Anne,
I love your latest photos'!
I remember when I was a bored kid, I would lay in the grass and look up at the clouds and try and see images~
Take it easy going through your work piles!

You have a nice butt. Did you see?

Anne Huskey-Lockard said...

This wasn't the erotic comments you threatened earlier, was it? Because we will HAVE to work on them if so.
You meant my baby butt! LOL!!

Wow! You have some amazing sky shots where you live!!

Unreal! Fabulous!!!

I was reading your comments and got to brownies and I felt just like Homer Simpson "Oooooh, brownies...." then I got to Ces' comments about butts, and it evaporated. I will have to let Ces know she saved me from a large caloric intake. I hope you make progress on all fronts (except the butt, which is technically a behind anyway) xoxo! Pam

Anne, what can I say? I was bored? or I am perfectionist! HAHAHAHA!

Sticking out your tongue... hmn, I don't think I tried to do that but it sure looks like you did. Maybe, there is an innate force within you to do mischief that even static drawings change themselves to suit your personality?

I have not started on the erotic comments yet. I am reading The Kama Sutra of Vatsyayana now.

What we wouldn't give for rain. It is hard to believe. So wet in the spring and so dry in the fall. No color for lack of it. Be safe.

I am watching the "Lovely Bones" and your sky image is so much more powerful and effective than any of their sky creations. Lovely inspiration girl. Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

I've been off-line for a couple of days -- so this is a composite comment -- Love the pictures of the last two days -- you have the BEST skies.

And I really loved seeing your studio and work in progress. It's always so cool to see an artist at work -- satisfies that little voyeur need...

Anne,
I love that your head is in the clouds because my new painting looks like her head is in the clouds also. Actually.... my head has been there for four months and there are no signs that it's coming out...lol.

Now those are some pretty clouds, I'd put my head up there too, better than sticking it in the dirt!

I adore watching the clouds...that shot is AWESOME!! Enjoy your time in the studio!

OMG, your avatar! I love it!! Are you ever cute!! And just a tiny bit pitiful - I don't think you wanted your picture taken... Oh, so cute!!

Ok, totally distracted now (you know how easily that happens for me!).

AND I got distracted by your post header. I read "Off with my head..." And immediately had to think of Alice in Wonderland's: "Off with her head!" It's a miracle I get anything done during the day the way my mind flits!

I'm glad your head is only in those lovely clouds...

TSUP!! TSUP!!! Love, Silke
