(I just like the pics.....nothing to do with the post!).......and I am hoping by Monday I will be back up and blogging for real. A tremendous amount of work done here yesterday that gives me hope I might catch up. Not get ahead, but caught up is good! Today is a rest day, or play in the wet studio day.
Health-wise I am pretty much back on my feet, DH is still somewhat under the weather but we have survived the flu-bug-from-Hades. May it return there promptly.......and stay.
So bear with me dear readers! I'll have some interesting things when I start posting again!
And as an aside---I have had a couple of the readers that used info from the tutorial on collage backgrounds to do their own thing, and they have sent me photos. I will be anxious to post those, plus what I have been thinking about for finishing my own.
Now off for a day of rest, other than getting dinner lined up and getting *naturally blond* again...... ;-)

I'm definitely having an *Anne-Day* today as I did a tremendous amount (way too much) yesterday, and I'm resting tomorrow. Then Monday, I guess it's back to the real sewing world.

I was lookig at your red socks again...I tell ya, girl..you are good! no way would i be able to knit like that...the fern pattern sounds marvelous too! Sometimes its just nice to knit and listen to good music...or TV a little!
of course, theres talking knitting and then, theres NO talking knitting.. ha! You sure do not want to drop a stitch!

Oh, almost all my knitting is NO talking knitting. I swear, this brain can function thinking 4 different things.......util I talk, or someone talks to me and then it shuts off. What? Where was I????
The red socks are a VERY EASY pattern. They are for Lion Brand Wool-Ease---check on line for the Bell Lace socks. I highly recommend it as a lace pattern because you just keep track of rows, then do one fancy row.
Playing in the wet studio today, then knitting this afternoon. I think I just *might* have overdone things yesterday.....<:{

Congratulations on your win at Marilyn's Anne!!
I got the bug a bit worse than I had initially thought but i'm holding it at bay with the meds i'm on. My doctor was smart in this case using preventitive meds rather than chancing.
I feel a load has been lifted stress wise. Back on my feet as best I can with the blog. Some people just can't stand not being the center of attention. Sad. I'm going with the old format and staying true to who I am.

I'm glad you're back on blog; not sure what happened but dang, there are some nasty people out there.
I think I overdid it yesterday but going to knit now as the cooking is done for the day. Really, really tured all of a sudden, and hope to feel okay to go to church tomorrow.
I'll tell hubby he'd better get better! I need someone to wait on me for a little bit! LOL!
