I am, in no uncertain terms, DEAD TIRED, and pleading for a break before I end up like the fellow above.......although I could do with a few less pounds..... ;)
Had a lovely church service yesterday a.m. then off to the Fort Wayne Museum of Art (and managed to get seriously lost) then home, back to town and finally, collapsed in a heap.
Today I am working on the circus banner that is almost finished, and hoping I have the strength and stamina necessary to really crank out the work it needs to get it close to complete. The leg, knee and lower back are about to give out and once they go, I'm back to square one. And I don't want to explain that one to my Doc.
Anyway, if---in the upcoming days---I do not post, it is because I have so much going on I literally cannot THINK or WRITE. I beg your forgiveness but sometimes the brain is dead and the fingers don't have enough sense to stop typing. Not good.
So, as Arnold says....."I'll be back....."

glad to hear the banner is a go!
did you stick pins in a voodoo doll of the villain?
You are such a hoot! To even SUGGEST that I would do that......
But what an excellent suggestion....other than the fact that you need hair or nail clippings to make the thing work.
I just need an old appliance I can take the sledge hammer to, and then leave in the yard with a message. I think you remember THAT one, don't you??? LOL!!!!! Oh yes, and the can of black spray paint......
You take care of you.
Good luck with that banner.
My favorite priest retired as of yesterday, but I was treated to Shakespeare, Coleridge, Churchill and a few other soliloquies from memory whilst having coffee with him. It was sad and wonderful.
Oh yes, I hear you. It is a hard passage, to say the least. Sometimes we are so fortunate to be blessed with people who not only lead spiritually, but become good, dear friends.
And then the goodbyes are in order, and difficult. But that is the way of the world...eh?
Enjoy the moment and treasure it.

take care of yourself
there is a little word that you may have to add to your vocab, it is the word "NO"! Try using it some times when you're asked to do things and you already have a plate full ... it does work.
Take care.
You know Teri, I am most well acquainted with that word, and believe it or not, it comes out of my mouth FREQUENTLY. (along with some others that we won't discuss....)
Somehow, this week---because some lame brain forgot to write things on her calender---is just way too packed, and when I realized it, it was too late. Mostly therapy and Dr. appts. but other stuff in between.
Oh well, next week I'm not doing anything other than what I MUST.
Remind me of that, will you? ;)

I'm waiting, breathless...... ;-D
