Today Anne Starts.......

....no, not life in the circus silly! Her Physical Therapy! I am excited. I may not be able to walk, sit or move later in the day, but I am soooooo ready to get on the move and feel like a semi-normal human being again. (notice the *semi-normal*......uh huh....) I don't think any amount of therapy would make me be able to do this, nor do I want to, but getting my shoes and socks on without sounding like a grunting hog would be really nice. ;) I do appreciate the small things.....
So if I am unable to post, you'll know I am sort of *tied up* at the moment, trying to get a *leg up* on my current situation, and *gazing off* into the great beyond contemplating life!!!!
Or how to get my leg back into a natural position......HA!
Good gosh. Tristan (Enchanted Revelry) has rubbed off on me. I'm still not nearly as funny as he is, nor can I figure where he finds those fab vintage, sassy pics, but I'm TRYING.
HARD.
Now go get all worked up about your own creative day and do something marvelous and mind bending!!!!
P.S. I did actually get a canvas out, some pieces printed from the computer and other items ready to go for a collage yesterday, so there was a small amout of art-related activity here. DH took half a day off and we walked around the yard, had ice cream---a nice kick back type day. We both needed it and have had so little time to spend together. For him, I will let the Art wait.
Occasionally. :)

Well good luck with PT, if your person doesn't tell you too, take some kind of pain relief before you start so it kicks in by the time your done. It helps, ask me how I know.

As to the contortionist photo, OMG, it's fabulous and I hope that you and Tristan both do something kewlly fabulous with it.

Actually, I was able to walk better afterwards and have less pain than when I went in. I had a friend go with me to the first one, just in case I couldn't drive.....I'll be in hydrotherapy, which means (oh god the dreaded words...) SWIMSUIT. YIKES!!!!!
Yes, the pic really needs the *Tristan Touch* doesn't it? I am sure he could better do justice with it than me at the moment. My leg sort of FEELS like that, so I'm a little uninspired, temporarily!!!

Oh goodness, someone looking forward to PT, you are crazy aren't you? Fingers crossed that it keeps going well and that you steadily get the pain levels down. Ask if you can use arnica gel, that really helped me after knee surgery.

Someone told DH about arnica gel; I am going to purchase some tomorrow.
I look forward to it because pain for me is not being able to function or go where I want when...it is like being locked in a cage and is pure hell.
At the very LEAST, I get to drive to Kokomo, be away from here for a while and cuss at the other drivers. ;) HA! That's a *Good-Anne-Day*!!! (which shows I have no life at the moment....)
