(do take a moment to click on the photo and see all the detail!)
Just popping in for a quick Hello, to say welcome to new followers---and I apologize for being so slow about doing that and say THANKS to some new faces that have dropped by to comment! Hope everyone finds something entertaining in the blog.
I had not planned a post this morning; I am in *part two* of a migraine, but when I went out and got this photo of the sunrise through the wisteria, I could not resist putting it up. The plant is in full, glorious bloom.......and we, of course, are scheduled for thunderstorms. (this always happens...always!) So I shot off several images and enjoyed the scent a bit in the damp cold air, then hustled back inside before anyone saw me out wandering in well worn night clothes. I don't want to be arrested, ya know......
I will have a post as weather allows about the art probably over the weekend, providing I can see straight to actually WORK! LOL!!! It could be Monday.......
So have a good weekend and do something creative, or get out and enjoy all the wonderful things happening in nature right now! Quick....before they're gone.
Pax.

The price you pay for tidying up that studio! Seriously though, how miserable - and well done for taking a photo at all. The wisteria is indeed gorgeous.
Hope you feel better soon.
It always passes after the Low pressure is through. I don't even have to look at a weather radar; it is literally like it SHUTS OFF.
I'm a walking barometer! HAHAHAHA!!!
XXOO!!

What a beautiful photo--in must have been glorious in person! It is raining in Missouri this morning--its coming your way! Hope your migraine gets better.
Hi Janet,
Yes, I checked the radar and saw that huge green mass coming towards us---enough sun now to warm things and get the atmoshpere unstable.
the migraine is better than yesterday, so I am not complaining!
Stay safe!

Oh, Anne! I love that photo. Glorious! Well done. :) And feel better - I get 'weather headaches' too. :) xoxoxo Pam
Gorgeous pic! We had rain yesterday...a bit chilly too considering our temps are usually up into the 80's this time of year. Will be working on my mother's Indian statue so she can put her in the backyard again this year. She's made of cheap clay and all these minerals have leached out, so I sanded and now ready to paint...ugh! I'm sure she'll be lots brighter after I'm done with her.
Still dealing with crap...even more now but I'm trying to keep my head above water.
Love ya,
G
Yikes! I have those too -- low pressure front = massive headache!
Sympathies and and happy creative colors sent your way...
The photo is nice -- love the complimentary colors.
Hey Pam,
We need to move somewhere that the weather is just always calm! LOL!!!
Still in the studio....haven't given in yet!
XXOO!!
Anne

gorgeous photo! all you need is Jesus to be walking through that sunshine LOL. Perfect!
Enjoy your studio and work time - I can't seem to get five minutes to myself these days - and I have no idea why!
Hey Karen,
I had not even THOUGHT about the photo having complimentary colors! That shows what state I'm in....HAHA!
My sympathies on you having these too......
Back to my collage, while I can.
XXOO!!
Anne
Hey Tristan,
HAHAHA!!! You are something else!
I go through spells of not getting anything done out here; of course, when I am out here, the house is a disaster. We get food and clean clothes and that's about it! :D

A heart of light! How gorgeous!! Hope your headache improves and the thunderstorms aren't too bad!! Much love, Silke
It is odd to me that at first we were ahead of you in spring growth but now you have pulled ahead. I think I can almost smell your wisteria. That is a most beautiful photo, with the sun shining through, yes, a heart shape. Lovely. Hope your headache is gone gone gone.
Hey Silke,
I am always amazed at what I miss in the photos I post and what y'all catch!
I did not---repeat--DID NOT see the heart in the light!
Wow.... :)
XXOO!!
Anne
Hey Jan,
Yes, it has been a crazy Spring. The wisteria filled out in a day, I have a flag iris in a totally different spot in the garden in bloom that was NOT there yesterday---it's like everything is going into high gear. I am afraid it will all bloom out and then be gone for the rest of the summer.
And yes, (knock on wood!!!) the head is better. Took a walk and got some neat shots of a tiny speck of woods left down the road....
XXOO!!
Anne
Hope your head is better your photo is amazing. Love all your work. Hugs
Hey Bunny!
Yep, it is calming down...took a good walk...now off for some lunch and see how that does.
And then, maybe, back in the studio to the art at hand!
XXOO!!
Anne

i must be one of those newbies you are welcoming. the pleasure is mine.
:)
Yes, kj you are!
And usualy I am more prompt, but I am pretty sure my grey-mayyer has taken a vacation and left me behind..... LOL!!!
Per normal! :D

So glad you took a moment to take and share this picture. Get rids of that headache. Have a great weekend.
Storms coming here too. But, we sure do need it.
Kate
Hey Kate,
We need the rain bad here---which is odd because it was so WET earlier in the year.
If it would just rain NICELY....so it could soak in! :)

Hi Anne,
Beautiful photo. I've just added another post and commented on how you make me laugh. Good to see you're still up to tricks!
Have a good weekend.
Hugs,
Anna
A great shot, Anne!! Just beautiful..sure hope the migraine goes by the wayside shortly!!! Enjoy your weekend!
I'm sure I see fairies dancing and peeping through the beautiful petals of the wisteria! They are, aren't they?
inspirational!!!!!!
Oh Anne I just love this picture. It is like a view in to a fairy land or another world.
Have a wonderful weekend!!
Hope the headache is gone!!
Love and hugs darling.
Stunning wisteria!!! We are having a new weather front move in and the headaches are often in response to such drastic weather changes. Take care and find a quiet dark space to sketch or work...a paradox maybe but it is possible. Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
I am sending you hugs...hugs ...hugs!
Hi Anna!
I'm hoping for a weekend of studio work...will see when the *head* decides to wake up! HA! Wet and gloomy today, more rain. A good day to stay in!
Will check your blog!

Beautiful flowers! Where's the kleenex....achooo! I started developing allergies to certain blossoms so virtual flowers are great for me, except I don't know much about flowers, only trees. Anne sweetie, you are like a bee. Always busy. Do you ever stop?
Hey M.A.,
Yep! That was one of those lucky shots of the camera....I was just hustling to get the pic clicked off before the sun moved!
XXOO!!
Anne
Okay girls, I obviously am not concentrating as good as I thought and am losing track of whom I answered! (the head is playing tricks on me....dang it!)
So I shall leave it at this; thanks for the kind words and I am hoping to enjoy a few more minutes/hours of art time before the *pumpkin* starts thumpin' again.
Ces.....I am a bee, or a hopping flea most of the time...not stopping, but honey, that migraine yesterday laid me out FLAT for hours. I tried reading....hahaha....and finally decided to try sleeping.
Neither worked but at least my eyes were shut!!! To keep out the light!
Okay.....off to answer e-mail and then back to the art. I am hoping to post the finished product by Monday.... :)
XXOO to y'all!!!
Anne
Lovely photo!! magically
So jealous, we woke up to snow. Spring has not quite sprung here..
Holy Cow!
Well, we've got thunder rolling in now, so I suppose there is a storm following.
As much as I whined about the snow....at the moment.....ummmmm..... <:)

Gosh Darn it! I told those nasty headaches to leave! What's up with that???? Oh Sweetheart I hope that you are feeling a little better. This is crazy. Thanks for sharing the studio photos. I don't feel so bad now. You inspire me. he he he he he!I The beautiful blooms made my very wet and rainy morning here in Jersey. I'm hurting as well. Every place that has been cut on hurts right now. I tried to stay in bed, but then everything else started hurting. Get some rest Girly. I send you great big hugs from NJ.
