I have a breaker in my electrical panel in the studio that is going on the fritz; lost power twice today, closed down half my electrical outlets, lights, etc.
I will be off-blog until I can get an electrician out here to get it taken care of, as it is the one the computer is hooked up to. And why would I think it would be any of the OTHER ones???? (insert sarcasm here....)
Sorry---I will try and catch up commentwise and blogwise as I can when everything is back to normal.
So, till I'm back at full power.....
Pax.

Do not worry about us...do not have an electrical fire in your beloved studio! It is snowing like crazy here in Newark,Ohio; we have six inches already and it did not start until eleven this morning. Be careful little sister. Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
Oh, it just shuts off...I need the breaker replaced---it's a matter of getting someone here SOON!!!
Stay in and stay warm!!

Poor thing my friend. A weekend without blogging and snow on the way...yes, it's here, which means it's on it's way there.... Just stay warm and we will all be here when you get back on.
Well, I have a great electrician, because he came immediately.
BUT!!!
He had a breaker that was the same company so it works, but not the same style.
I am a little shy on being on my computer....so using DH's.
But the pics are ALL out there on mine!!! ACK!

Well, after the *loaner breaker* things seem to be working smoothly, but I hate to start trying to put a post in the can and lose everything like I did yesterday! LOL!!!
Thank heavens, we missed the snow other than enough to make things sort of white. There are a couple of drifts and then bare patches. We are fine. I guess further south, it was worse. Am waiting to hear from my cousin in VA. to see what they got.......
I LOVE YOUR QUILT!!!! :)

Oh yes Georgina, the heater is electric. I used it all last year (2008) and no problems. I have a furnace down there, but it doesn't heat really warm; made mostly for the studio upstairs.
It's just occasionally a real CRAP-O-RAMA here!!! LOL!!!
I have to laugh or I'll cry and lose what mind I have left...not much....

Hi Anne! Thank you for stopping by to visit me and leave a comment! I try to keep up with my blog but this darn dial-up (yes - I did say DIAL UP) discourages me because it is so slow. I enjoyed your poetry and winter photos and I did run over to Laughing Dog and added myself as a follower...nice friend you have! About the skirt - I have plenty left for other projects - it was a long one!
Hi Deena,
As much as I get disgusted with my broadband, I do so vividly remember dial up and the h*ll it was to use. USE? No, TRY to use. It is frustration X 1,000,000!
Glad you checked Jan's site---I am sure you will enjoy her posts.
hang in there---sooner or later something faster will be available!

Hey Anne! Just stopping by to say hi and I hope your power is on. We are seriously hoping ours stays on after the storm we've had. Gotta respect Ma Nature - she threw it at us! :) xox
Hey Pam!
My electricity is *okay* (knock wood!) and I sure hope you don't lose yours. Stay warm, stay in and here is hoping it passes quickly and we get that elusive thing known as Spring!
(((HUGS!!)))
