We Will Be Passing The Pain Pills Now......

Sorry kiddies.....no art today. Yesterday's lunch decided to be very naughty and had me down half the day, thus, nothing done art-wise. I feel about as happy as the poor soul in this illustration, which pretty much sums it up. The day wasted......and sore innards to boot.
This morning, providing I can drag myself up to Rochester, I have an appointment about church banners. I really need to be able to go. Really. It's work that pays and keeps me in art supplies.
So I'll chat with you all tomorrow, when no doubt I will be the picture of glowing health......or keeled over in a heap! HA!
Have a good one and I hope you all are faring better than me and making art, even if it's not spectacular. It's better than none!

Pax.

Anne.....sorry that nasty lunch got you down. Hope you make it to the "banner" appointment today and that you are bubbling, creating, and feeling jovial by tomorrow. Sending "feel better" hugs your way!

Oh, Anne - feel better!!! Not fun at all to be sick like that. I'm waving my magic wand in your direction. Maybe it will help. :) See you tomorrow! xox Pam

Sorry to hear you are not well today Anne. I will include you in my prayers. Even art needs to step back once in a while and reflect upon itself, don't ya think? :) Happy day to you and thank you for your post on my blog on a what appears to be, touchy subject for others. Tammy

Lots of cyber hugs and good wishes - I think I found some old earrings to send you - since following your collage, I realized when I unearthed these that you could maybe use them! I have no idea where they came from, but they have some great texture to them. Take care, Pirate Queen Anne!

Thank you ALL!!!! Mucho-mucho better, though still tired. (guess that goes with it!)
Tammy---I guess I'm with you on your post; I still have not figured outwhy it should be a touchy subject, and sad that it is. I guess there are people in this world that constantly feel like they need someone to point the finger at, but ultimately, we're all made of the same flesh and blood.....
Linda---old earrings are cool! I love texture! Maybe they will be scanned, or used as is, or as a stamp for the clay....possibilities are endless!
Now off to the salt mines......
