Inspirational Day......

Yesterday I had a chance to visit a different church with a completely different style of worship. I was almost brought to tears by the authenticity of it and the joy from the members as they participated.
I have always been (other than here!) fairly reserved in speaking about things I consider personal, one of which is how a person chooses to worship (or not, as the case may be). I've felt it is something you find in your heart, at the right time, or it finds you and it fits YOU and that's great; that's how it should be.
So I am letting nature do the rest of the talking as I process my experience. For those of you who hosted me, gratiae!
The communion of whites and pale golds as the shadows begin to lengthen.......

The beautiful pinks and wines of phlox in the evening sun......

The delicate translucent petals of surprise lilies, protected by a sturdy magnolia........

Nature leaves me without words occasionally and this is one of those times.
Have a wonderful Monday, rich with meaning, and joy, and color. Let the beauty in the world around you soak in, and let creativity be it's result!
Pax.

Morning, Anne! Nature is something, isn't it? I've been watching a little chipmunk eating sunflower seeds this morning. So industrious! Busy, busy, busy. Maybe I should get busy, too. :) Love your photos, and glad your visit was so meaningful. xox Pam

Oh....chipmunks!!!! I would love to send you all of mine! The little squirts have ripped up my flowerbed, ripped all the dirt from under some concrete patio pavers, and I looked out the French Doors in the dining room one day to see one hanging off the door screen!!!
Well, obviously they own the place...... ;)
I'm off to work to, except it is laundry I did not get done over the weekend. Hopefully art tomorrow! YAY!
Have a good one!

Beautiful photos, Anne.
You really have a way with words ~ I love reading your posts. I have lots of thoughts I would like to share on my Blog, but have a hard time putting them in writing.

I think it's the southern-irish gift of gab! LOL!!!!
And writing more and more helps. I am sure DH would say I am *quite verbose*...... ;)
Just keep writing---it happens somewhere along the way!

I adore accidental happenings. Going to different churches is something i've done a lot of. I believe christians should question all things. Brava for you having the freedom to enjoy another church.

Your flowers are brilliant. I love seeing the insects and birds people are capturing and your is quite stunning.

THank you for having me and blessings to you ... Tammy
